Our friendly multi-faith community offers you a warm welcome into a family like atmosphere, a good bed in one of our bunkrooms or rooms in the farmhouse and the option of joining us for meals, and if you like cooking your help will be welcome.  Alternatively you can self-cater.

Culdees is located on the south-facing shore of beautiful Loch Tay, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and is a self-sustainable eco-community-based village in the making.  If you enjoy the great outdoors you have many options here - this will be your perfect base for a real alternative Xmas!

Don't feel like going out?  Stay inside and express your creativity in our music room, which houses two pianos, guitars, flutes and a variety of other musical instruments.   

Feel like relaxing?  Grab a book from our well-stocked library.  We have a large selection of books on permaculture, eco-building and co-housing, to name but a few.  Sit back in our comfy sitting room, or switch on the TV, watch one (or more) of the hundreds of videos and DVD's we have in our private collection or watch Sky TV (however no sport channels).    Otherwise you may like to find a quiet corner to be alone, or else chat with members of our community.
