    Payments
    A non refundable minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost of the accommodation is required       to secure a confirmed booking. All one-night bookings require full payment at time of booking.

    Advance Bookings (less than 8 people)
    Balance of payment will be required 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the booking.

    Group Booking (8 or more people)
    Balance of payment will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the booking.   

    Christmas, Hogmanay and Easter:
    Balance of payment will be required 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the booking.

    Cancellations
  
    Personal Booking (less than 8 people)
    If any booking is cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to arrival and the room can be rebooked,     the deposit will be refunded, minus a 25 administration fee.  If a booking is cancelled less
    than 4 weeks before arrival and the accommodation can be rebooked, only the deposit will
    be forfeited. If the accommodation cannot be rebooked, full payment is required.

    Group Booking (8 or more people)
    If any booking is cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to arrival and the rooms can be rebooked,     the deposit will be refunded, minus a 25 administration fee. If a booking is cancelled less than     4 weeks before arrival and the accommodation can be rebooked, only the deposit will be
    forfeited. If the accommodation cannot be rebooked, full payment is required.

    There can be no exceptions to these payment conditions under any circumstances.

    It is your own reponsibility to consider travel insurance to cover any eventuality.
   
    Additional Information
   

    Well behaved dogs are welcome. Be aware that we have animals about the farm. A suggested
    donation of 5 per dog for its stay is also welcome and helps towards the extra cleaning.

    Check in is usually between 4pm and 8pm and check out is at 11am.
    These times can be made flexible by arrangement.

    Any breakages and damages must be paid for in full.
   
    No sound systems are permitted in the barn or outside at any time.
    All noise must be kept to a minimum after 11pm.

    Firewood for bonfires is sometimes available at 5 a feedbag,
    although visitors are welcome to bring their own supplies.
   
    Barbeque equipment is available if required.
